I will be appearing at the following events during the 2012 year:

May 22, 2012, 6:30 pm–Tuscaloosa Writers Group

I will be speaking on “Making a Plan for Freelance Success” at the Tuscaloosa Writers Group meeting. The group meets on the second floor of the Tuscaloosa Public Library.

June 8-9, 2012– Southern Christian Writers Conference

The SCWC is one of the largest and most well-known Christian writing conferences in the country. I will be doing two sessions on getting published in magazines for the conference. (Other speakers include keynoters Gilbert Morris an Lurlene McDaniel). The conference is held at First Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

October 27, 2012– Glimmers of Hope conference

The Glimmers of Hope writing conference will be on October 27, 2012 at North Highlands Baptist Church in Hueytown, Alabama. I will be one of four speakers presenting sessions on various aspects of writing today. My session will be on writing for magazines.
